  • Young Researchers Awards

    Description: This award recognizes the young researchers at ICDIP 2025.

    Eligibility: Authors within the age of 40 by March 30 with a doctor degree.
    ● Application could be made during registration. The applicant is required to submit representative publications (up to 2) and full CV for judges to review. All publications need to provide impact factor, citation and major research contribution.
    ● Three researchers will be selected by the Conference Chair and announced at the conference.
    ● Award Application Deadline: March 30, 2025.

    Prize:
    ▪ The names of award winners will be announced in conference website.
    ▪ Certificates for all young researchers.
    ▪ Enjoy free registration of one paper after double blind review for ICDIP 2026.

  • Best Reviewer Award

    Description: This award recognizes the best reviewer at ICDIP 2025. 5 best reviewers will be selected among all the reviewers at ICDIP 2025.

    Eligibility: Every committee members. Below criteria will be taken into consideration for the selection:
    ● Number of papers they have reviewed
    ● Quality of suggestions/comments given
    ● Overall contribution to deliver a successful conference.

  • Best Paper Award

    Description: This award recognizes the best paper registered and presented at ICDIP 2025.

    Eligibility: There are no restrictions as to organization, nationality, race, creed, sex, or age, except for the acceptance of a paper and its registration and presentation at ICDIP 2025.

    Basis for Judging: The award is given the author(s) of a paper registered and presented at ICDIP 2025 that contributed to the notable advancement in digital image processing research: abstractions, algorithms, theory, methodologies, and models that improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and reliability of image processing.
    Finalists are selected from all the accepted and registered papers by the Conference Awards Committee and are notified prior to the conference. The finalists will present their works in the conference plenary best paper award session that is attended by the selection committee. The committee listens to the presentations, the questions from the audience and the authors' answers. The committee also invites comments after each presentation and considers them in the evaluation. The selection committee then decides upon the winner.

    Presentation: The award will be presented during the conference. No award will be given if no qualified candidate is identified.

  • Best Student Paper Award

    Description: This award recognizes the best paper authored primarily by a student and registered and presented by the same student at ICDIP 2025.

    Eligibility: All student papers presented at ICDIP 2025 are eligible. There are no restrictions as to organization, nationality, race, creed, sex, or age for student.

    Basis for Judging: A selection committee will be appointed by the ICDIP 2025 Awards Committee. The finalists are selected based on technical merit, originality, potential impact on the field and clarity of the written paper.
    The finalists will be notified prior to the conference. They will present their works in the conference plenary best student paper award session that is attended by the selection committee. The committee listens to the presentations, the questions from the audience and the authors' answers. The committee also invites comments after each presentation and considers them in the evaluation. The selection committee then decides upon the winner.

    Presentation: The award will be announced and presented at ICDIP 2025.

  • Best Presentation Award

    Description: There will be a number of technical sessions in the conference under different themes. These awards are provided to the presentations that have been selected to be the best in each session. The main purpose of this award is intended to reward the presenters for the extra effort it takes to prepare a top caliber presentation. Through this mechanism we hope to encourage an even higher caliber of presentation.

    Evaluation Criteria for Oral Presentation: Each presentation is evaluated by two session chairs and the average mark of both session chairs is taken as the final mark. The best presentation from each oral session will be selected based on the final mark. Below 6 aspects are taken into consideration for this award:

    ▪ Applicability ▪ Originality ▪ Significance ▪ Visual Aids ▪ English Delivery ▪ Timeliness


    Evaluation Criteria for Poster Presentation: Every poster presentation is evaluated by a session chair based on below criteria. And the presentation with the highest mark in each poster session is selected as the Best Poster Presentation Award.

    ▪ Depth of Content ▪ Introduction and Abstract ▪ Content knowledge and organization ▪ Poster Design and Overall Visual Appeal ▪ Verbal Interaction
