The 15th
International Conference on Digital Image Processing
(ICDIP 2023) was successfully held in Nanjing, China during May
19-22, 2023. ICDIP 2023 was hosted by Hohai University, organized by the College of Computer
and Information Technology Engineering of Hohai
University, co-organized by Hainan University, assisted by Jiangsu Institute of Electronics, Jiangsu Information Technology Application Society, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), and Gifu University, etc.

The conference was opened by the general chair Prof. Hexuan Hu of Hohai University, China and the conference chair Prof. Zhaohui Wang of Hainan University, China on May 20 morning, and then Prof. Yizhou Yu (IEEE Fellow) of The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China, Prof. Hong Zhang (IEEE & CAE Fellow) of Southern University of Science and Technology, China, and Prof. Ting-Chung Poon (IEEE & IOP & SPIE Fellow) of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, USA shared their keynote speeches with the delegates one after another.
Additionally, 21 invited speakers shared their
speeches on the afternoon of May 20 and the day of May 21, respectively.
The presentations were divided into 13 parallel
sessions (12 oral sessions and one poster session).
At the awards and closing ceremony, 12 best
presentations were announced.
